Refund policy
Thank You for your purchase. We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. please see below for more information on our return & refund policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new & unused condition, with original packaging, invoice & labels intact. The shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed on our Website, it can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order and will be eligible for a store credit. Post 6 hours, No cancellations/store credit is applicable.
RETURN PROCESS
We do not accept Returns, We only provide replacement incase the customer receives a damaged item.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds.
PLEASE NOTE
- Sale /Discounted items cannot be returned/refunded/Cancelled.
- RAW CONCOCTIONS is not responsible for damage of items if not notified within 24 hours of delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
