REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Process
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing the order by 1) sending us an E-mail at Support@rawconcoctions.com or 2)ย Via chat service enabled on the Website.
If an order is not cancelled within 6 hours, you will not be allowed to cancel the order. A Store credit will be initiated for prepaid orders that are cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. We only Provide Store Credit against cancelled Order, we do not Offer REFUND.
PLEASE NOTE
- Sale/Discounted items cannot be returned/refunded/modified/Cancelled.
- Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
- To Submit a Return Request due to damage during transit, You must share Photos from various angles of the product.
- Custom made Orders (Personalised blends) are not eligible for cancellation/modification/return or refund.
- Orders placed for Off catalog items via our Chat Option/Whatsappย are not eligible for cancellation/modification/return or refund.
RAW CONCOCTIONS reserves the right to refuse any fraudulent/questionable transactions.
COD ORDERS
You may cancel a CODย order by following the same process as Mentioned for Pre-paid orders.
RAW CONCOCTIONS reserves the right to Cancel COD orders for users with a prior history of high cancellations/Refusal upon delivery.ย
Note: Gift cards are not eligible for cancellation.
RETURNS
You may place a return request within 2 days (48 hours) hours from the date of delivery. When a shipment is returned after it has been delivered, your return request may be approved on the basis of the quality checks conducted by our team.ย
A replacement/exchange will be sent only once the return package has been received and reviewed by our team.
Note: Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

RAW CONCOCTIONS shall not be obligated to accept returns for any product that is not spoilt, wrong or damaged.ย
You understand that a replacement request is subject to availability of stock. If a replacement cannot be carried out due to non-availability of stock, You shall be issued a Store Credit.

Products not eligible for Return
The following products are not eligible for return in any circumstances even if damaged during Transit:
ย
- Products damaged/degraded as a result of use, overuse;
- Products that have missing items, damaged original packaging including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts and other accessories; and
- Products with altered serial numbers.
